MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORS Our management team meets on a weekly basis to ensure that each client is properly serviced. Our focus is to ensure that each client’s expectations and D & S Protection Corp. expectations are properly met. We are committed to providing the very best in customer service. We are always available to work in conjunction with each client to continuously improve upon our service. To ensure that our expectations are met, a field supervisor is assigned to each site. The field supervisor makes unscheduled visit to evaluate our security officer’s alertness, knowledge of his prospective post and written reports. Supervisors are available to meet the client 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The field supervisor will ensure that each officer gets the training needed to succeed in the field.
