Courtesy is a property management company...PROPERTY...calling on Thursday 4 days post the hurricane Irma and they are still out. I have other properties, and they are all open, helping the community, answering questions, getting clean up going, doing what they are suppose to do as we pay their salaries with their monthly maintenance fees.

As a board member for my homeowners association's, I can say our experience with Courtesy Property Management has been very positive. The management and support staff are always helpful and knowledgable. They don't have a big turnover in their staff, so our board members and homeowners have really gotten to know them personally, which is always a great feeling. Overall they have been a real asset to our community. I would highly recommend their services.

I have a unit at Miller Dreams. They want me to change the porch light and sent a letter with a model #. Cannot find it at any store. Have left messages with the secretary and voice mails for the Association Manager. Not once have they returned my call. Now they have sent a "Notice of Warning". They are incompetent, and not courteous at all. Ester

My experience with this company has been terrible. They are incompetent. Every time you call the property manager you get a voice mail and they do not return your call. Once I got a call back three weeks later and I had already resolved the problem myself. Their customer service is terrible. One time I made 15 calls to their office in one day and was not able to reach anyone to help. Good luck.
My experience with this agency has been awful. They do not return phone calls. They blame the homeowner's association for everything instead of taking responsibility for their own action or inaction. It has been nothing but a hassle to deal with this company and I would hope that other homeowner associations would take into account the customer service that their homeowners will receive and choose a company that actually cares about customer service. This is not the company to go with.
