General Info
We are the premiere Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy in the South Miami area. We believe that jiu jitsu is a lifestyle that transcends the sport and self-defense. It improves the whole person - physically, mentally, and emotionally. We have both adult jiu jitsu and kids jiu jitsu programs with classes for people of all ages and fitness levels in an environment that is safe, friendly, & supportive. The area we serve is from Kendale Lakes to Florida City, including Kendall, The Crossings, Pinecrest, Richmond Heights, Palmetto Estates, Three Lakes, Cutler, Palmetto Bay, South Miami Heights, Cutler Bay, Qual Heights Silver Palm, Princeton, and Homestead.

nice, clean facility with very nice people who teach and train here. everyone here was friendly and helpful, unlike some other places in the area with oversized headed instructors. i recommend Extreme MMA.

Extreme mma is a great gym, Great instructors that are willing to help, and you learn discipline and respect for others. In only a few months I lost a total of 60 pounds. I recommend extreme for anyone wanting to get in shape and is looking for self assurance

My only regret is that I did not start doing MMA forty years ago and I do lack a lot of flexibility. I think the classes are great, the training hard and all of us learn discipline which is necessary to live an effective life. Although I have my limitations I will continue with the school. My left leg used to bother me a lot and has improved enormously. The staff is very professional and I believe that the school is very necessary to learn the proper techniques. Those who attend should continue doing so. I think the school is very effective and good. david alvarido

I love the MMA class they have. Ive been around to alot of different gym, and i have to say its one of the better ones. The gym is a little small, but the cage makes up for it. The jujitsu is awesome, and have great instructors. The gym all in all is cool. I will be back for sure. People really have to check it out.

Great MMA school in Miami. They've got good kickboxing classes as well as brazilian jiu-jitsu and the classes are 6 days a week. Couple this with a moderate price and I"VE GOT A NEW GYM! The space is great, It's fully matted with a octagon and several bags.
