My husband and I ate at a Burgerking in Mankato, MN the food was good, but as we left I forgot my purse. I didn't miss it for about an hour. Then called BK and they said yes it was turned in but they couldn't find it. Later called us back and stated an employee of BK was on survailence camera walking out of the building with it. They stated they notified the police. The next day the employee came to work as if nothing happened, he denied taking it, the police were called again and scared him into talking, they were able to recover my purse - minus some money. I am just upset that this could actually happen someone was nice enough to turn it in and a BK employee steals it what type of people work in these places and we are suppose to trust them to make our food. I am very offended and hurt by this,not to mention stressed by having to cancel all my accounts that were in my purse. This man was fired and chared with theift. I don't know that I will feel comfortable eating in a BK again.

My husband, our friend, and myself were at Unit#4477 today. The sandwhiches were cold, and the fries were not cooked as we had specified. When I brought the issue up to the Mgr., he only blew me off, and started insulting me in the presence of other patrons.
