Excellent people!

i would actually like to give them a negative star... We have been doing our taxes with them for years. Unfortunately they have forgotten that it is their customers that keep them in business. this year our appointment was for 1pm we finally where helped 3 hours later. The 1040 ex tax return that they charged me $40.00 for was supposed to be electronically filed. Unfortunately it was not done correctly and i believe it was mailed. Needless to say my return is still not in my hands and will not be until April 20th according to the IRS website. We will never be using their service again and advise anyone looking for accounting services to go elsewhere. About the only good thing they do is keep you entertained watching pirated "still in theaters" movies in their waiting room that is full of people. If your time is valuable go elsewhere.
