Hired Best Truss for an addition I'm doing owner/builder. The engineer, Tony, came to the job site to help me with the shop drawings. He was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience. Was able to get some fire damaged trusses replaced ASAP. Engineer came on site and was very professional.

i'm really surprised by the previous review; i'm an owner builder and just completed my home in southwest ranches; my experience with best truss was seamless from beginning to end; these guys are pros, they are effiicient and most importantly they made the process of getting trusses easy.

just did my trusses with fort dallas / best truss and came across this website; I had a very pleasant experience with this truss company; they have very professional and what's very important, very accessible people on staff; I could always reach someone after 5pm.; engineering and fabrication went smooth as silk

I just recently used Best truss for a very difficult addition in Coral Gables and the service was exceptional.They gave me solutions to several problems that the architect didn't know how to solve and they were prompt .The trusses fit like a glove,even though the addition was very difficult.They have done several jobs for me in the Gables and pinecrest and every job has come out flawless.Never had a problem with the payments.These guys definitely know what they are doing.

I PLACED MY ORDER FOR THE TRUSSES FOR AN ADDITION IN MIAMI LAKES THAT I'M WORKING ON, HAD A LITTLLE BIT OF TROUBLE WITH MY PLANS, BUT BEST TRUSS HELPED ME OUT RESOLVING THIS ISSUE, AND DELIVERED MY TRUSSES IN NO TIME, THE FASTEST MANUFACTURING TRUSS COMPANY IN SOUTH FLORIDA THAT I'VE EVER SIEEN, WITH THE BEST QUALITY AND SERVICE. I WOULD DEFINETIVELY PLACE MY NEXT ORDER WITH THEM, I USED TIO DO BUSINESS WITH OTHER COMPANY, BUT THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE.

WATCH OUT!!!! they charge you two times for the same trusses. once before delivery and once after delivery...if you don't pay them twice they do not give you release of lien. Also they send the trusses incomplete, to charge again!!!
