Auction Direct left a very positive impression. I liked the way they answered to my car requests being very patient and careful while recommending me a car. And their prices are really good. I didn't try many car auctions, RepoKar was my only helper in buying cars on auction, but I can say that this one is not worse than RepoKar, though I like more their site, it's true...

My friend told me he was at Auction Direct Auto Sales ! The cars are great, the staff is superb and the service was phenomenal. In the beginning when I heard about this place I wasn't sure whether to buy the car from them or not... Very honest people, and paid for my car fair money. It reminded me other Auction I went to a while ago and I was very fascinated about Repokar Auto Auction ! Thanks !

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Customer service was CHAOTIC. Personnel was rude and with lack of skills to work with clients. The finance "man", because he can not be referred to as a gentleman, is the most rude, ignorant person I have met to date. He has the nerve to mistreat clients who are the ones who are paying his salary in order for him to feed his family. The car has all sort of issues less than one month after taking it out of the dealer and they have washed their hands of it. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I intend to see this through until the very end.

This is the most unprofessional, deceitful dealership ever. They sold me a car without a working hand break, a muffler that was so worn it developed a huge hole a few weeks after I bought it and a radiator that overheated with me and my 6 month old in the car. We were stranded in rush hour traffic. I took her when I bought the car so they knew I had a baby and still sold me an unsafe vehicle. When I called my salesperson he said there is nothing they would do and after getting to no help from him, I called the bank. Only after a rep from the bank called Auction Direct the finance rep, Sergio told him to have me call them and they would help. I called them optimistically thinking they would help, I am a single mom and had no way to fix it and I need my car to get to work and pick up my baby, but it turns out the only reason Sergio asked me to call was so that he could tell me in person that they were not going to help me with anything and that I should never have called the bank. He was spiteful and hurtful and just wanted to make me feel worse. Auction Direct does not care about the consumer, they should not be in business and sold me an unsafe car.

Auction Direct ? with NO auction prices! Cars are too OVER priced, and come with NO warranty! I would not recommend ! Theyre are a few other used car dealerships around this one, so drive right by!
