The most HORRIFIC service anywhere in Miami. I don't even know how they stay in business. The women at the checkout, her name is Alejandra, is the rudest, most vile person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She makes it her job to be as unpleasant as possible and to make your transaction as difficult as posible so that your sure NEVER to go back. This review has been a long time coming as I have been to this place several times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt (because they have a large variety of practically everything to do with residential landscaping and are situated in a very convenient urban area) but they never dissapoint and have always had the same bad service. IF it weren't for this terrible person at the checkout things would flow much more smoothly. The sales people that help load up the plants are reasonably pleasant and knowledgeable but this wretched, wretched woman leaves such a horrible impression that I have vowed to never go back and recieve her abuse again. I would rather make the extremely long trip out to the farming areas of homestead than have to even look at, much less deal with the "checkout girl". I don't understand how the owner can employ such a terrible employee. A word to "Aaron" get rid of her and watch your business grow.
