Finally, got a returned call and was advise they are doing their best to get a motor for her bed! Poor rating! A company as this one should have back up supplies at their warehouse! In addition, should not be using poor excuses to avoid satisfying the patient as many places are closed to day due to "Good Friday" come on who are you trying to kid! My mother conditon; can't walk, mandatory to lay on this bed to avoid having her leg cut off! Advise to Amerihealth "provide the service you comitt yourslef to as written on your "Welcome Agreement" have back supplies when required!
