The company strives to elevate the quality of life in the cities by restoring historic architecture in critical mass, recycling it structurally, preserving it aesthetically and adapting it for profitable commercial use. The company also develops, operates and owns its own self-styled restaurants and hotels in the areas that they reinvent.
