General Info
Known as Miami’s first Neapolitan Pizzeria, Fratelli La Bufala has been open for 18 years in Miami Beach’s historic South of 5th neighborhood. The restaurant sources its products from small local farms in the south of Italy. At Fratelli La Bufala, traditions are key and can be seen in the recipes, atmosphere and concept of the restaurant. The popular traditional Neapolitan pizzas are all made with fresh mozzarella with toppings ranging from artichoke hearts and ham to roasted potatoes and sausage. In addition to the selection of 18 different pizzas on the menu, the restaurant also serves traditional pastas including Lasagna, Gnocchi, Spaghetti alla Carbonara and Linguine ai Frutti di Mare.Known as Miami’s first Neapolitan Pizzeria, Fratelli La Bufala has been open for 18 years in Miami Beach’s historic South of 5th neighborhood. Fratelli La Bufala has to be my favorite pizza in Miami. Cooked in a 700 degree brick oven by a Neapolitan lad, this place makes the closest thing you will find to the real deal in Southern Italy.

Amazing authentic food with pizza made by a Neopalitan pizza maker with buffalo mozzarella imported from Italy. Beautiful mixed vegatables(contorni) include super flavorful cauliflower, brocolli, carrots, grilled eggplant with balsamic vinegar and a macaroni pie to name a few. Great Italian bread too.The pizza is doughy, slightly charred with strategically placed bufala, with a very flavorful sauce, it is simply delish. It reminds me of a doughier version of the pizza at Gnocco in the East Village where the owners and pizza makers are also from south of the boot.
