Great Service, Friendly Crew and very clean Will return.

My family eats regularly at Subway located 4820 S. Clark Street. The food is healthy is why we eat there. There is a big major problem I see everyday as we dine there daily. The help is excellent, although upper management works them like dogs, understaffed, I have stood in countless long lines just to order my sandwich, because often there is only one worker who couldn't even use the bathroom if they wanted to due to the overload of customers and the expectation of work load they have to do. If things do not improve at this restaurant and upper management does not get a grip on things and hires more help and value their hard good workers and customers, this avid customer will be going to Arbys for a healthy lean roast beef. It is ridiculous how they treat their workers there. The service is good considering it is the poorest staffed eating establishment I have ever seen in my life, and it undercuts the customers. A few times I decline eating there due to workers made to work sick.
