      Affordable private instruction for individuals and small groups. Dedicated to self-defense training, Roots is an American jujitsu style incorporating jujitsu, escrima, judo, kempo, boxing and more. The teaching style is fun and informal, and the curriculum is tailored for practical self defense that can used in a wide range of situations. Youth and athleticism not required. Experienced teaching every age, level of experience and physical ability. I've been in the martial arts for 40 years and teaching for 25 both domestically and internationally.
