If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would! Where do I begin? The lack of communication and just poor communication overall is pathetic. There should be no need for me to call looking for a status update after a month and a half of being left without a vehicle. I should have been contacted. Again, after a month and a half of keeping my vehicle to complete work, I was called and told to come pick it up. I showed up to Nancy and Larry explaining to me why the vehicle isnt ready yet, but that Im free to take it. We did notice the entire vehicle vibrates as if it was a diesel, but we cant figure out why. We googled Jeep Patriots and it seems like its a normal thing. .....Excuse me. The vehicle is one year old. IT SHOULD NOT VIBRATE LIKE A DIESEL. PATHETIC. Working with Premier has been a complete nightmare from Day 1 and if youre smart, youll GO ELSEWHERE. These technicians clearly do not know what they are doing or have not been trained properly. The service advisor, Ms. Dozier and service manager, Larry are a joke.
