Had to take my car back after 2 weeks as the first time the car was taken in due to a slow leak in tire and they couldn’t find. Bought it back and still couldn’t find leak until service manager went out there to find it in the side wall which we had to replace the tire at my expense. It would have been nice if nissian took care of the cost as the car only has under 6000 miles

Kenny was excellent. I had to go to the agency twice because the part that was ordered for me was sold to another customer.

My technician was great! No complaints here. My only frustration was with the waiting area. There were no usable outlets anywhere for my laptop so I could work.

Serviceman was polite and knowledgeable' explained the work needed. Mechanic did work all in one day and gave explanation of what was done and why. Very pleased!

I came in to Nissan because I was hearing knocking noise on the drivers side. My Service tech was Mr. Abdul, he is an exceptional guy:). He talked to me about the issue and was very informative and helpful when setting appointment to get my repairs done. He was waiting and ready when I arrived. i was awaiting the shuttle because I thought it would be a while. Mr. Abdul told me not to leave because my car would be ready soon:). Nissan should be Thankful for Mr. Abdul because I definitely am:)
