Overall, I enjoy my apartment. It is mostly clean and the landscaping is together and neat. My apartment faces the courtyard and it is very beautiful. At times the sounds of people enjoying themselves in the courtyard can be very loud because of the echo, but never last long. Even though it seems every few months the office staff is changing, they all are very nice all the time. The engineers are helpful and they usually come right away for any issue that you may be experiencing. As far as pest go, I am a witness that they come monthly for pest control, yet everyone needs to be mindful somethings you do have trashy neighbors that sometimes make it hard to live completely pest free. Somethings you just cant control and somethings (ex. termites) are something that the property management should controll - which is not a big issue at all. Most of the appliances like the stoves are out-dated but, to me that is the nature of the the retro 50's style of the property.
