      The Arc of Greater New Orleans is a friendly, clean establishment that provides a safe and productive way of creating a social environment that is specifically directed to the mentally handicapped community. The Arc is selflessly dedicated to helping these people reach their full potential. The clients and the employees are super nice and sweet.
