Thief lyer his custom boots he charged me 900 to make are junk they look i paid 40 bucks for them at kmart i would sue him but he would just lie i think thats the onley. Thing he knows how to do he dosent make the boots thats another lie

It was my first time to go to Willis's and I was surprised at how the shop was TOP NOTCH in appearance and customer service! The outside of the shoe repair shop was decorated so cool and had a great sign on the outside. When I entered into the store, it is decorated so nice! I loved the warmth of the wood decor, decorative walls and cowhide chair and table. They also display their workmanship on the wall. Their signs were displayed very well to show the customer all the work this cool little shop does. I waited for my shoes, the work was great, and the atmosphere was amazing. I will most definitely be returning with 3 additional pairs of shoes! LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!

I agree don't go there! I was ripped off. Very shabby work returned shoes after they fell apart in an hour owner claims he did not work on the shoes ., He also was not opened on time and the shoes were not down on time. Be Ware! He is an opportunist and only wants your money.

Horrible job! I was really upset at the fact that they did not have my shoes clean in the time they specified. I asked for my leather bag to be cleaned & they cleaned it last minute when I was at the desk. Horrible! So instead I had to Google how to clean leather bags at home & I did a much better job than he did. I understand that they might have a lot of business... on BOOTS anyways, but not giving an accurate date for the costumer is just horrible rating for their bussiness. If they aren't able to get it done at the date they specified the least they can do is make a courtesy call. He seems to know a lot about boots & so therefore his work might just be a lot better. Heels & bag cleaning not so much! He left my heel ends loose & broke off the first day I wore them. I'm just really disapointed. I would really read the reviews upon entering any shoe repair. A waste of time & money.

I read all the negative reviews below and was hesitate to take my boot for repair. But Cavender's Western Wear had recommended Willy's. They said he does a lot of boot repair for them.



I found Willy's to be the opposite of the prior reviewers. Willly was very courteous and friendly. He put zippers in two pair of my boots and resoled another pair. His work was very good and his prices were very reasonable, compared to other boot repair shops. The boots were ready when he promised them.



I will definitely go back to Willlys and will recommend him to my friends.

Took a pair of boots and heels to get fixed. The owners son took shoes and made my ticket. Called to see Id ready a week n half later and the wife said yes they are. My husband went and paid for them both and he got his boots but no heels. They said we don't have any will look. A week later I confront them and they accused me of writing on the ticket pair of shoes after the son said that is my handwriting. Then the accused me of never leaving the shoes. Never do business with a thief they stole my shoes

I don't think you could get worse service. Pathetic, over-priced, poor-quality work. Stay away from these leeches of society.



Coit Boot & Shoe repair is at the opposite end of the spectrum as these fools. Willy should take lessons from them.

Just got some sandals back to get re-heeled. Sloppy work and they put a thicker heel on so it feels weird to walk in them now. Very disappointed. Will not go back there.

We have had 3 pairs of exotic boots made, fit perfectly , soles replaced, other boots stretched. Very friendly service.

I wouldn't recommend this shop to my enemy!! the worst customer service I have ever had. I argued with them for 5-10 minutes about them being late on my shoes 4 days late and never called to let me know and wanted me to come back because the shoes were not ready.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this business before I took my boot to them to have the zipper repaired...



This place is a total rip-off and I will never use their services again.



The new zipper they put in my boot cost me $20.00 and lasted about a week before it broke. I brought it back for them to fix it again and when I picked it up they charged me another $50.00. When I reminded them that had already paid once to have it repaired, I was told that they fixed it twice and that I would have to pay for it twice...



At $70.00 for a zipper, I could have just about bought a whole new pair of boots...very disappointed =(

If I could rate them a -10 I would. Long story short, I am very disappointed and will never use this shop again, and suggest that you do not either. On a Saturday, I took 4 pairs of shoes/boots to have heels cut down on 3 pair and heel taps replaced on 1 pair. Also included were 4 handbags in which the handles were to be SEWN and or hardware replaced. Went in one week later and was told they were not ready, come back later that afternoon and they would be ready. Could not return same day because I had to be at work. Sent daughter the following week and was again advised they were not ready. Two more weeks pasted due to holidays and returned for a third time and still advised not ready. First weekend in January, went back for final time and now they claim they can't find our belongings. Spent 15-20 min describing what has been dropped off. Then owner has to nerves to say "since it's been 30 days" he wasn't responsible for my items. I nearly hit the roof. $84.00 later I am convinced the heels were not cut down and the purse that was to be sewn was glued and is pulling apart. Please do not do business with this shop, it's a rip off.
