Time Warner has been the absolute worse experience I have ever had with cable and internet. We had everything set up a few months back. 1 week later, problems arose. So they sent a tech out and it was fixed. A couple days passed, and lo and behold, things broke again. And they sent a tech out a few days later and fixed. But wait, there's more! That's right, it broke again, and again, and again, and each time they sent a tech out, the problem wasn't showing up, but it would act up again when the tech left. All told, I had 14 techs in a 6 week period come out to either repair or replace my equipment. Now we have this latest outage that has both cable and Internet down, and it has been for a few hours now. When you call customer service, their recording actually states in 3 separate ways that CS Reps have no further info on the outage. You mean to tell me you can't fix your equipment, but you can update your voice recording to tell us that you have no other info in multiple ways? Thanks for nothing TWC. I'll be moving in the next couple of weeks, thank god I don't have t ok use this bull***t sh**ty @$$ service in my new home. Please, TWC, go off somewhere and die, you'll be doing the nation a service.
