This Sonic is in my neighborhood. By that I mean 5 minutes from my house. The last couple of times I stopped by I noticed at least half of the Call buttons at the drive up stations weren't working. They had been masking taped over them with Out of Order written on the tape. Ok, they're having some problems with the Call buttons and they'll have them fixed soon. Tonight I was on the way home after running errands and decided I wanted Sonic but I wasn't sure what time they closed so I pulled up their website. I was glad when I saw on their website that they closed at 12:00am. I arrived at Sonic at about 10:55. After pulling into a couple of order stations to only find out that they were still out of order and driving by a couple of other out of order stations I finally found an order station without an Out of Order sign. While looking at the menu a young lady came out half way to my car and announced that they closed at 11:00. When I told her it was a.) straight up 11:00 and b.) there website says they're open until 12:00am she responded, "I know", turned on her heels and went back inside. I normally don't write reviews but this is a total lack of consideration for the customer that I don't want anyone else to experience. It's apparent that this location is on its way out of business and that attitude is reflected by the employees. Had the Call buttons been working at the first station I pulled in maybe I would have been able to place my order prior to there one hour earlier than publisized closing time. It's a fast food joint that may be a novelty for kids and a cheap family feed, but this location makes it apparent they don't care about their customers. If you like Sonic find another location.
