My parents shopped at Quality for years, and when I moved out I bought several items from them. They let me set up my own credit account to help build my credit. This was awesome! They treat me like they know me whenever I go in. Even it they don't have what I am looking for they offer to find it for me. I've always had great experiences with the staff.

I really like their furniture. I have been a customer of theirs for over 25 years and practically my whole house came from Quality. Whenever I have a problem they are always right there to help and they even helped my children get started building their credit with no strings attached. I don't know the owner personally but they always treat me like family.

they have nice furniture but very poor customer service skills. I walked in and had to walk to the counter for someone to even acknowledge I was in the store only to be told that someone would be with me shortly (With two reps sitting behind the desk and being the only customer in the store) I walked around for about 10 minutes sat on a few sofas and still no one came over so I left I guess I will just take my money else where. I rated this a 1 star only because I had too rate it with something but it should be a -1
