to anyone out there looking for mobility assistance and equipment, please check with prescription first. i went with one of the more reknown companies. they were pushy and demanding. they lied and tried to force me to accept equipment that would not help me nor serve a helpful purpose. in distress, i called medicare in tears. the agent i spoke with at medicare to a report to file against that company. he suggested i call prescription and gave me their address and telephone info. they are medicare approved and recommended. at my first call i talked to lynn. she was comforting, listened to my needs and was so polite, concerned and helpful. she was more concerned about my welfare and and needs. she is wonderful as are all their employees.
