I bought Mazda 3 at Mazda of Mesquite. I had gotten a quote online and the Internet Manager named David Scott had sent me a low price. He said they didn't have that car in stock but they could get it for me. I went to two other dealers who had it in stock but they both changed the price on me. One said the car they had quoted me had hail damage but they didn't tell me that until I was about to sign the papers. I had been there three hours. The other tried to add a destination charge which they smugly said was not part of the price of the car. If I have to pay it, then it's part of the price. I went to see David who did everything he said and got me my car the next day. I paid less, David was real nice and not pushy and the financing was really great too. I should have gone there first but live and learn!
ABSOLUTELY terrible. Not only did they lie about the condition of the car, it wasn't even the same as what they had advertised online! I've dealt with numerous problems with my new RX-8, and had issues the first day that I drove it off the lot. I've been dealing with these people for over a MONTH now and every time it's the same thing. I get nothing but unreliable service and they give me the run-around. The sales manager insulted my intelligence on multiple occasions, and didn't seem to care at all when the issues with my car could have been life threatening. To top it all off, after an entire month of one problem after the next I noticed that when I purchased my car, the inspection sticker had been expired 4 months previous to me buying the car. My question is, how do you sell a Mazda certified vehicle and the registration be expired? These people are crooks. Absolute. Crooks.
