Specializing in General Ophthalmology, Cataract Surgery, Eyelid Surgery and Botox Dr. Kate Lee, M.D. attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida for her undergraduate studies and continued there for her medical training. She completed her residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans before moving to Texas and joining Rockwall Eye Associates. Dr. Lee is board certified and licensed in Texas. She has staff privileges at Medical City of Dallas, Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, the Ophthalmic Surgery Center of Dallas and Key-Whitman Surgery Center in Dallas.
