My dog had surgery at this location in early June. I was given an estimate of $1475. in which I paid by check. The check cleared my bank before I brought my dog home. I was told that I have a credit of $437. and she would submit the refund right away. She informed me that since I paid by check it would take 3-4 weeks. I waited 5 weeks and called the receptionist, who was very helpful, she called the California office where I was told that it would be 30 days of the check date before credit would be made. But the person handling refunds no longer worked there it would take up to 6 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks I have not received a refund and I have not received a call back. When I call the clinic I here a message stating they will be closed Monday 7/28 through Friday 8/1 and will reopen Monday 8/4 at 8am. Funny thing is I got the message today 9/4. I do thank the Surgery Clinic and Diagnostic Center for saving my pets life. I did not question the cost. But it would be nice to resolve this issue.
