I've only eaten the granola bars (the ones sold in squares in a quart-size baggie), but I love them so much that I drive all the way from Scottsdale just to buy them. They're not cheap, but they're worth every bite! I crumble a little in my cereal or just eat one for a snack. I love the fact that there are so many different types of seeds in them (pumpkin, etc.). Makes me feel like I'm eating something healthy instead of just "empty calories." (Speaking of calories, though, it would really help to list the fat content, calorie count, sugar, carbs, fiber, etc. content on the bag. For diabetics, it's important to know how much sugar you're consuming so that you can plan the day's diet. For those on other diets, the carbs and calories are important. These are healthy, so listen up, folks: please make them healthier by letting us know how much of everything we're eating)!

They have the best cinnamon swirl bread that I use to make french toast. My kids absolutely LOVE it!
