The reason why I actually gave one star is because they answered customer support very quickly. The agent couldn't help at all-they just looked at the tracking number and gave me the same info I already knew. It's an expensive package that's over 8 days late and has been "in transit" since May 17th when it arrived in Mesa. No information, no updates, nothing. Just completely bummed out.
