We strive to keep families together and also help create new families through the gift of adoption. Justin represents foster families in need of help retaining custody of children. He represents relatives of the parents in dependency cases to help them gain or retain custody as well. For the last 8 years, Justin has also been trusted with the representation of the Tohono Oodham Nations cases where the Department of child Safety has taken members of their Nation into custody triggering the strict application of the Indian Child Welfare Act.
