Our company understands the rental home investment business. Building long term equity and cash flow for investors drives the business model. When managed well a rental home can be paid off by the tenants while appreciating in value. What other investment can be built with someone else making the payments. Even so a rental owner must be prepared for the occasional fix up required by wear and tear or damage. These investments are nominal when compared to the over all opportunities that real estate investments offer.
