I have been fortunate to have found these folks. Working in various businesses, and over a span of 20 years, they have been the only call to solve any printing problem. Not only do they do fantastic repair work, the selection of printers and the knowledgeble staff is terrific and very rare these days. The few issues I've ever experienced (and they have been very few) were handled quickly and beyond expectation. They do sell new printers, but their refurbished printers are every bit as good as a new printer, costs less and is guaranteed to boot. You are treated more like a partner than a customer and this is why I'll continue to utilize Laser Specialists for any of my printing needs.
