The worst was when our mom died and we asked for our refundable deposit and what else was owed to us. The owner Jill had a fit and said she didn't have the money to.pay us and we would have to wait for it until she got her money on the 6th of the month when her other residents pay her. Well we had to wait for the deposit money back for three weeks and an entire month for the rest of what she owed us.
