- Forever Fit has been Building Beautiful Bodies - Inside and Out - since 1993. We are an East Valley studio located in Mesa easily accessible to Gilbert, Chandler and Tempe. Personal trainers are availalbe with up to 20+yrs of experience with a variety of expertise. We cater to all ages from kids to seniors with a variety of goals:-weight loss/weight gain-general fitness-sports performance-continuing rehabilitation-special occassions (weddings, reunions, contests, etc-balance/stabiltyAlong with extensive fitness testing to track your progress and nutrition guidance, we have various programs available for you to participate in such as BootCamps (cost effective and a great way to exercise in a group or with friends), small groups, and one on one. Forever Fit Personal Training has been proudly serving the Arizona East Valley since 1993, originating in Chandler inside the first LA Fitness Health Club in the valley located on Alma School Rd and Elliot. After working with hundreds of members, training thousands of sessions with the top rated personal trainers (according to an Arizona magazine), we left the health club scene in 2001 and moved to a studio in Mesa. In 2007, we expanded into a larger space in the same strip mall and still pride ourselves in providing top trainers who we continue to educate and mentor so you get the absolute best service and great results! We are constantly reminded by our clients how welcomed they feel, how friendly and non-intimidating the staff and environment are in the studio. Our specialty has always been our dedication to the One on One sessions but we now offer training in groups - BootCamp. This is a great way to workout with friends and ride the energy of a group. This is a cost effective way of being able to work with an exercise professional and still accomplish your goals while having a lot of fun.
