Wait too long like 45 minutes and they saw my son in only 5 miuntes because they can not do anything on him, you tell what you need to get it done but they dont do it or they can't do it. Before my appointment I already told them that my son need his tooth to be pulled out or extraction,they have record prior to this appointment like 5 months and we came in in they say we need to refer him to another specialist which is crazy. I took a day off for I'm expecting to get it done. No Star for them.

Very friendly staff, but I had 3 fillings and two of the three fell out within a week. Then a week later the replacement fell out!!

Don't trust this office. They are fake nice, but don't really care about a patient's needs and wishes. To get your records is a 25$ fee and requires two trips to their office. I made a big mistake going here.
Though I lived in another state, I have know the staff and Drs. at Family Dentistry for 10 years. They can get you in at a moments notice, they are friendly, imformative and caring. I would definately recommend them to my friends and family.

Absolutely horrific experience with them. They do not even pretend to care about the customer and have the nerve to ridicule and ignore their needs. They obviously think they do not have to show any kind of respect or concern to keep their customers satisfied. Not only are their dentists eager to rush you in and out as quick as possible, but a few staff and the two receptionist can be utterly uncivil. One little question about payment methods and it's pins and needles. There are plenty of other wonderful dentists in this area that are like night and day in comparison. Both doctors have performed bad work on me, one resulted in having to have another dentist fix it, the other has still not been resolved.
