I have been going to Tunex in Mesa for my car repairs for over 10 years. However; I was suckered into one of those low price oil change shops with a coupon. To make a long story short when I walked out of there I paid well over $20 for my so called $14.95 oil change. I felt worked over and was told I needed over $1800 of work done to my car. I immediately called Paul at Tunex and told him what had happened and begged for his forgiveness. He told me "don't worry everyone falls for that trick sometime." Paul asked me to come down and we would look at my car and their recommendations together. I turns out I didn't need the $600 brake job they said I needed. Not even close! And I didn't need a tune-up either... I had that done 8 months ago at Tunex. Bottom line I will never go anywhere else again! Thank you Paul... I owe you lunch.
