My husband and I originally found APSK when we were looking into children's day camps for the summer. Both my 6 year old daughter and 8 year old son had tried karate before and just weren't that interested, but the camp offered so many other activities like dance, tumbling, swimming, movies and field trips so we thought we'd give it a try. Plus, we really liked Professor Shaw and felt he would be a great roll model for the kids. As it turned out the kids LOVED the camp and are now really enjoying martial arts. They begged us to sign them up for the after school program so they could keep going during the school year. My son has really grown this summer has a new confidence that wasn't there before. Both kids want to join the black belt club now and are looking forward to participating in their first martial arts tournament. This is an AMAZING place!!!
