I came across this family of vets by pure accident, but I’m grateful everyday. We had 3 dogs. Just moved to town. They took us in and got my dogs all caught up on shots and off we went. A month later My mastiff got sick. I brought him in, and they treated the problem. With in a month he was ok, and then he got worse. I called them in a panic. They fit us right in, and it turned out it was cancer. They were the most respectful vets, gave us all options, and bc he was an older dog we decided to put him down. It was the hardest decision we had to make but we felt 100% supported and they were all the kindest souls to not just us but our Franco too. I will forever be grateful to them and I appreciate everyone in the company. It’s a family, and you feel like your part of it the moment you walk in. Thank you again all of you guys at Adobe❤️

This is the worst Veterinary experience we've ever had! The front office clerk was rude, confrontational, and very unprofessional! She was not only rude to me she was rude to other guests that I saw come in.

Obviously she doesn't have to pay the bills on the new building. Because she could care less about customer service!

We will never never go back there! We will make sure our friends and their pets don't go there either!

DO NOT GO HERE or believe their prices on the phone. They lie. Quoted 118.99 for a cat spay told them I was needing 2 cats done. They told me $240 for both, I questioned whether or not that includes pain medication and was told yes. Made the appointment and dropped off cats in the morning. Was also told if they were in heat it would be more which I said no problem one was 6 months old the other is over a year. When we picked up our animals they cost had gone up with the explaination of we weree told it 286.00 for the 2 cats and they were both in heat. Called several vets all said 6 months old is impossible to be in heat. Even if I paid the additional for them both being in heat the price was still $37.00 more than that. The doctor was very friendly and offered to give 1/2 back in credit for his employee lying to me or misunderstanding as it was put. I was not complaining about the money I wanted them to be fair and stick to their quote they didn't I will pay another vet to remove the sutures from my cats and never retun to this clinic. If you choose to use them in the future get it in writing before you book a appointment. Good luck Adobe doctor seemed nice but kinda hope staff tanks you if your smart enough to stop them.

WORST PLACE EVER! I will never go back here and I will never send anybody there ever! They messed up my dogs face in surgery and the bump that was removed that I was told Dr. Heitman said he was 100% sure it would not come back did indeed come back plus another one! Took my dog back to him he said we have to wait for the bumps to get bigger then remove them. And he can't tell me what he's removing because he said he doesn't know. Really??? Then that's why you look into it to progress your knowledge right? No he didn't do anything except send me home and wait until the bumps got bigger. And come to find out he has been on probation 4 times already 6 years total of being on probation! And the nurses are rude, if you ask questions or don't answer their question to their satisfaction they will snap at you! Dr. Heitman needs to be shut down!

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!The staff is just the WORST...I tried to get an appointment, the staff was not understanding the urgency.They were not sympathetic. The representative was VERY RUDE !!!I have been tring to get an appointment for the past 3 days, I was told, I would have to wait almost a week to get to be seen. I changed my dogs insurance carrier and I will not be visiting this office. I was told the veternarian was great but he needs new STAFF...

I highly recommend him.I have a little silky terrier.my dog loves him. He is not afraid of him.He calls them by their name.Impys Mom
