i have known the company and owner since 1986, was know as the best out there especially in cocoa bch.not what it used to be but it can be again. tropical storm is a joke and is never on time.i put my money on yellow.

If you want a fare company that looks out for there customers concerns check out tropical storm you will enjoy there people also there a very happy enviroment and there not abused or burnt out by the owner!!!

If I could give no stars I would. For over 4 years I've been using cabs in Merritt Island area and it's unbelievable how bad this is. I had stood up in places waiting for a cab that never showed up...I would call to check what is going on and instead of an apology or explanation I would have the phone attendant screaming and hanging on me and in the best case, they would just tell me on and on someone is on the way when it's not. Horrible customer service !!!!! Today, I called and around 7 and try to set a cab to pick me up at 7:45...they said that they didn't work by time schedule. Go figure this horible customer service or just save yourself from being frustated and try another company.
