They let bugs go through material used to make the drinking straw and when they are already produced. I told them I didn't feel comfortable packing them after finding a spider in the box of straws but the owner insisted I continue to pack them. Is gross and so wrong they don't care and still sell the batch. They also use China pp when they are out of the original pp. So it's not always usa made material. I don't find this a honest or caring company for the people ordering.

Great customer service, but after working with this company I'm grossed out that they just let bugs run though material and even the boxes the straws are held in. They told me to continue to pack them. I think this is not appropriate for bugs to be around people's drinking straws then sent to them and use it?!?!
