Jim was the inspector for my Buyer. Jim was very thorough explaining any and all issue throughout the inspection to make sure the Buyer questions were answered and most importantly they understood the answer. Jim took the time and at the end of the inspection, went through the inspection on his laptop and the many photos he took explaining clearly to the Buyer. Once the inspection was completed, my buyer was fully informed.
