I don't usually rate or review but in this case I was quite pleased with service so I feel comfortable with rating and reviewing this business,
I called A-OK Appliances fix/repair my 25 year old refrig. I figured it would be a problem as it was a Montgomery Wards frig and they went out of business in 2001. Glenn came out within 12 hours of my call to troubleshoot my problem. He found the problem, got the right replacement part and had it fixed the same day. He waited a while at the house to verify the problem was actually fixed and there were not any other issues. I was extremely happy with service provided and the cost of the repair.

The repairmen were supposed to come to fix our air conditioner sometime between 8AM and 11AM, and they never showed up. My husband called them five times and reached voice mail--we STILL haven't heard from anyone about the missed appointment.

If A Ok is still in business, it won't be for long if they don't show up or answer the phone. What a joke. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I've had A-OK Appliance to my house in Hollis, NH a few times for refrigerator issues, installing a gas dryer, and gas heater issues. Each time they are prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. Glen knows his stuff and I highly recommend them.

I have to disagree with the comments made about the guys at A-Ok Appliance & Service - these guys were fantastic.

When my GE refrigerator died on a Friday afternoon I called around and no one could see me until 4-5 days later. At the end of my rope I called A-Ok appliance in Merrimack, NH and Glenn answered all of my questions and said the earliest he could come was on Saturday at noon. I was so happy and relieved that they not only were professional but, came out on a weekend. I had time to go get ice and coolers for my food.



Both gentleman - Jon Grooms & Glenn Bacon came to my house for the repair and I've never had such warm friendly repair people at my home. They were not only professional, they did quality work and in a timely manner.
