Metropolitan Oasis Community Development Corporation is a nonprofit, faith-based social service agency that offers a variety of parenting and family functioning services through its Rescue and Empower Families to Observe Restore and Manage (REFORM) program. It provides various parent education, health care, and home-based therapy and casework programs. The agency offers therapy services for patients with mental illnesses, developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders. It provides diagnostic, psychiatric evaluation, drug testing, crisis intervention, health monitoring, psychological assessment, and conflict and anger management services. The agency additionally offers skills development, supervised visitation, meal planning, community referral, transportation and 24-hour emergency services. It also provides counseling services in cases related to substance abuse, sexual assault and family violence.
