they put on a room addition and sloped the floor to meet with the existing structure. I had another contractor check it and he said that they didn't even put a level on floors to be sure they would meet . Had them out 2x and tried to tell me my structure settled. If you look underneath it is obvious it was done intentionally since everything hasn't moved. They are ignoring me now. Not to mention trim with no nails and some where they broke nails off also door hardware with no screws in it.Ashame that I should have to have someone check on adult men...but shame on me for not doing it before I gave them the last check.

Awful! Hired them to do a room addition. Quoted a low amount without looking at the area. We requested the owner look (note this was the first and last time we ever saw the owner) and he refused. Of course the day "construction" started our quote went up $6000 (at this time we had a hole in our wall). We had bowed walls and a paint job that looked like it was done by a kindergartener. Nothing was done to fix the problems. The owner REFUSED to come out and even look at the terrible job done by his guy. We had to get an owner of another construction company come out and look at it. He then contacted Rossi and told them how awful it was. Still Chad Rossworn (the owner) wouldn't come look. We told him we would take him to court and he basically laughed and told us to look at our signed contract stating we would need to pay all his court costs as stated in the contract.
