All of the company s spread cheese products, including garlic and herb, artichoke, vegetable, onion, salsa, tomato, blue cheese jalapeno, horseradish and fruit flavors, are made using locally produced Wisconsin milk and Old World processing techniques. Rondel was founded in 1974 by InoFood (formerly Wisconsin River Valley Cheese), a family of three cheese factories. The company s products have received numerous awards at annual events, including the United States Championship Cheese Contest, World Cheese Contest and Wisconsin State Fair.
