I WOLUD GIVE THEM A RATING OF ZERO IF I COULD...We have a commercial property in the area and needed a tree removed. The owner came to give an estimate and was rude and abrupt. All we got was a hand-written estimate on the back of a business card. When the scheduled day came, nobody ever showed up. The office gave no explanation and said that they "couldn't reach the owner". When I reached the owner the next day, he gave me major attitude. He told me that "we didn't have a confirmed appointment", that "he only takes cash" and that "he doesn't give insurance Certificates to anyone unless there is a problem". I went with another company.

Do not use them. They are rude and disrespectful. They blocked a Secondary road for over 15 minutes (Prospect Avenue in East Meadow). When drivers got upset they cursed at them and made obscene and inappropriate gestures.. If there were negative ratings I would use them for these people. They don't even deserve one star but I can not rate below 1..
