I have been bringing my child to this dentist for the last two years. Up until today I have been very pleased with the service. Everyone normally is very caring and friendly, but not today. I was very dissatisfied with the service of the provider on today. Today (6/19/17) the dental assistant(white female, name start with an "M") was very rude. My son Jamarcus Wilburn is only 4 years old. She talked to him like he was an older child. She was very tactless and told my son he should be use to getting his teeth clean by now and he shouldn't be crying. My son has been in and out of doctor offices since he was a newborn. He is terrified of doctors and normally your office works well with him. However today she had him gagging and hollering to the top of his lungs. Thanks to another employee in your office he finally calmed down. A young black lady came in the room and picked him up and comforted him until he stopped crying. She was able to put the stuff on his teeth and took him to get a toy and a balloon. I don't think the first lady don't have the patience for kids. Maybe she need to only work with teenagers or adults. Her bedside service is horrible for a dentist office that deals with kids. Even though my son had a dramatic experience in your office today I still will like for him to use your service IF we do not have to EVER be serviced by the first lady we saw. I apologize for not knowing her name but I know it starts with an M and she's a white lady. Thank you...

Best dentist office ever! I was actually recommended by a friend to take my children here and now I recommend others to take their children as well. Nice waiting room and fast service with a wonderful staff!
