This company is worthless and can't even get a common C-pap order right, They are so sorry for the way they handle orders .I will never use them again

The products are good but the customer service is terrible! No sense of urgency on items that are ordered. Only get callbacks maybe one time in three. We need to use them because of insurance but would change if there was an alternative. Again, product line is good but everything needs to be backordered and then you're down to calling and hoping for results.

Sep. 5th, 2012: I have been a NORCO medical customer, for the past, 9 yrs. During this past period, I know the "number of customers," has greatly increased ! To attend my medical needs, I make-an appointment ! These people are among the BEST, within this Boise Valley, ALL, the reps at NORCO, that have a service with,,, are RNs ! One was a Lady, named "Joan," great, personal service ! Welding service, get in line, they are also,,, GREAT ! Lets not take our messed-up emotions,,, to the store ! Thanks NORCO, Roger

When you enter the store you are usually ignored for at least 5 minutes until you are lucky enough to catch a clerk.'s attention. They're service isn't great. I wonder how they have been as successful as they have.
