  After graduating cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia with a double degree in History and Humanistic Philosophy, Ms. Levesque pursued a law degree from the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington, D.C. Angela Levesque started working in immigration law in 2004 as a paralegal. She obtained her law license in 2007. Ms. Levesque founded Levesque Law PLLC in May of 2010. Her practice focuses on all aspects of immigration law with emphasis on litigation, removal defense, employment based immigration, family based immigration, and immigration based on benefits available to survivors of crime. Angela Levesque helped found and is chair of the Idaho chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is an active member in the legal community – serving as a mentor to volunteer attorneys, teaching Continuing Legal Education courses to Idaho lawyers, and mentoring law students. Her passion is helping the immigrant community. The child of Colombian immigrants, Ms. Levesque has a unique understanding of the difficulties in navigating the labyrinth of immigration law and bureaucracy. Her aim is to find solutions to difficult problems and to walk clients, step by step, through their case. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Ms. Levesque is a member of the Maryland and Idaho bars and has been admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

  We are experienced in appearing before Immigration Judges, arguing on behalf of our clients, and litigating appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and Federal Courts.
