General Info
A local delivery fee of $9.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.) U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 PM in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

We ordered a Mother's Day bouquet here and were so disappointed. I chose from Teleflora designs ont he Floral Creations website and then ungraded that design to the "Deluxe" level. I told them I would pick up the bouquet myself, hoping that would prevent them from trying to send something substandard since I would be seeing the bouquet. When we picked up the puny, cheap-looking bouquet I questioned the "Deluxe" status. I was told that more flowers and more roses were used. The finished product looked nothing like the picture and it was very expensive. I can't recommend this florist to anyone.
I called Floral Creations and ordered a bouquet of roses one evening before they had closed for the day. I expected to get a "no, we cannot help you, I'm sorry" but the young lady said that she'll be able to take my order and have it delivered shortly. The delivery was made quickly and my wife (the recipient) was pleased with the friendly driver and quality of the bouquet! This was the best floral experience I have ever had!
I sent my sister a centerpeice for Thanksgiving. She was delighted with it. It was just like the picture on the website and looked great on the table. And I did not even have to leave home to buy it. I orded by phone and it was delivered later the same day. I will be shopping here again.
I highly recommend Floral Creations. I've had issues with another local florist and hesitated at giving anyone my business-- ever again. After an year of boycotting local floral shops I finally budged and walked into this establishment, Floral Creations. I'll never regret this decision. I had a young lady assist me during my visit. She was professionally dressed, educated on her products/floral selection and didn't pressure me into making a purchase. Overall, I bought my wife a floral arrangement for our 10th wedding anniversary and a greeting card. The arrangement was priced fairly, freshly made, and was also ready in 10-15 minutes. I was assisted to my vehicle, and thanked for my purchase. I have made 2 or 3 additional purchases since then and can say that I'm extremely pleased with my overall experience(s) and product quality. I'm glad to have a local florist that values me.
