This is a terrible place to go. Very poor care offered. They are paid to offer as little medical care as possible so as to save the state money. Receptionist tried to tell me an Nurse Practitioner is the same as a doctor. When I insisted it was not anywhere close and insisted I see an MD she became angry and hung up. You will not see a general practioner, instead you will see an osteopath or a pediatrician or nurse. They completely missed my cancer and when I finally paid to see an oncologist on my own, I was already close to dying. The nurses aids are very rude, order you onto the scale to be weighed, never say hello, squeeze your arm painfully when taking blood pressure. I have worked all my life, own my own home, pay taxes, no kids, never drank or did drugs but they treat you like garbage. You are made to wait and then you are brushed off. Even something as simple as a painful bunion they refused to treat and I cannot even wear a shoe on my right foot. One of the nurses is named Virginia and she had a ring in her nose, and her hair was so greasy I was afraid to touch the door knob she had touched after she left. She looked so filthy and unwashed. I tried to explain the pain I was having and she simply ignored it. I faxed a request and she ignored it. I have had several other bad experiences there. It need to be shut down.

This office is horrible!!! I have never seen a doctors office run so unprofessionally. Not only does it look filthy but the staff is unattentive and has no clue what they are doing. You call and make an appointment for a flu shot, go in on the appointment day and wait 2 hours to be called only to b told they don't have flue shots. I wait days for them to finally call in or respond to a pharmacy's request to have my refill on a medication I could die from if I am out! This whole practice is disgusting! I'm surprised they are still in business. My daughter had a physical done where her eyes were checked and she didn't do well yet they said nothing. Nor did they give me a referral to take her to an eye doctor. Everything I go there it is something to the point that I would rather take my kids to a walk in than bring them there. I wouldn't even give them one star

Nurses and doctor is nice but you always have to wait a long time even if u have an appointment.

I have been going here for over a year and the staff has always been extremely friendly and efficient, not to mention very easy on the eyes. The wait time is no more than you can expect at any busy clinic but the wait area has plenty of seating and educational television. Every time I go there, all my questions are answered and any information I request is quickly delivered. If being sick were not such a pain, I would get sick more often. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because the reception area is heavily fortified as if it were a bank that has been robbed too often in the past. Reminds me of a check cashing place in the Bronx.

I have to say this office had become professional and improved so much in the last 2 yrs. the staff is amazingly friendly and the new APRN is so helpful. I really like this office plus the remodeling. yes sometimes u wait a while but its worth it.

I have been going there for years and yes while it is a busy office the staff are all friendly and helpful. The Drs on staff are efficient and knowledgable. They are open on weekends which is great and have never failed to return calls for after hour emergencies.

Worse place to go. If u have an appt they don't get u in until 2 hrs after said appt time, I had to get a physical and POD and I went in on a friday and came back mon only to sit and wait 3 hrs for the dr to leave without signing my forms for school so I had to return Tuesday only to realize he only signed one slip. Returned Wednesday before they were suppose to close at 4 only to find they decided to close early. Now I may not be able to participate in my clinical. Its places like this that makes me want to be in health care to provide patients w the proper care.

Unprofessional medical environment. Employees who are posing as medical professionals will openly state "if you don't want to wait you can leave" First thing a.m. appointments are prolonged due to the chitchat session of all employees Definitely not the place to go if you are seeking professional help for mental/emotional health issues. This place is a perfect example why so many with mental health issues do not seek professional help. Nobody deserves to be treated with such disrespect like employees at this place show
