Great place but you need to be on the ball and know exactly what you want and how you want it. If the name of something you are thinking of ordering escapes you dont expect any help from the cashiers or the in store menu (which is difficult to read and often wont feature what you are thinking of.) For example, I wanted a ham and cheddar bakery sandwich, but the name of the roll (ciabatta) escaped me when ordering and I couldnt find it listed on the menu. I ended up having it on an everything bagel which wasnt bad. I also wanted a fudge brownie swirl iced latte, but honestly could not think of the name of the drink I was thinking of, again I did not see it listed anywhere so ended up with a mocha iced coffee. I knew what I wanted the name escaped my tongue. The cashier seemed more annoyed than helpful. This is not a common problem for me as I usually just get iced coffee and nothing else but wanted to try something different.
